Wow, it is almost time for school to start. For some people this is a good thing and for others not so good. I am looking forward to the schedule that the school year brings but not so much the homework. We went to the High school to make a few changes on Katlyn's schedule. We were in line for 2 hours and 15 min before it was our turn! Can you believe that! It was stupid! Anyway she got in the jewelry class and she was happy about that. We also went to the Jr high and got Paige's schedule and her locker assignment and yearbook picture taken. We had to make some changes there to, but that took only about 5 min. (thank goodness)
You can tell it is time for school to start when your kids start to have a hard time thinking what they should do. That happened to us today. Bridger and his friend went fishing this morning and when they got home they could not find anything to do. (I could think of a few things, like mow the lawn, clean your room etc. but that was not what they were looking for).
Katlyn has been taking science on-line. She finally finished the 3rd quarter so she could take Driver Education. She started this week. It is everyday for 2 weeks. The deal is that she cant' get her divers licence until she finishes the course, and she couldn't take Driver Ed until 3rd quarter was done. I am all for her to get her drivers licence then she can drive herself to and home from school and to work! Yea!!!
