We have been secretly planning my parents 60th wedding anniversary party. Their real anniversary is on Sept. 7th. We decided to do it now, because some of the family that lives out of state were going to be in town, and the rest came to join the group.First, we went to Memory Grove and had a professional photographer take our family picture. We did the whole group, some families had family pictures, and we did one with just my parents and my brothers and sister, then we did one with my parents and all their grand kids. It was pretty cool. There were 69 of us there!
Then we went to Jessie and Brad's house, after searching for a spot, to have our picnic. After that we went swimming. We had lots for fun. At the swimming party we had wedding cake. They never had a cake when they got married, so we got one for this anniversary!
